Dr. Joel Aronowitz: “Hello, I’m Dr. Joel Aronowitz and I want to welcome you to a Aronowitzland. I’m a board-certified plastic surgeon who’s been in practice many years over 30 years here in Los Angeles and I want to take this opportunity to give you a little picture of what goes on in a real plastic surgery practice. I think that you’ll find it interesting. We’re going to spend a little time in surgery showing you operations from beginning to end and explaining a little bit about it.
I’m also going to try to give you some stories with real patients from beginning to end, from the initial consultation to the last visit when everything’s complete. We’re going to talk about some totally elective operations, for example breast augmentation or liposuction or Brazilian butt lift, but also some reconstructive things, burns in children, cancer reconstruction, congenital abnormalities, things you wouldn’t think about that are really part of plastic surgery. I want to show you also a little bit about what the goings on are in a plastic surgery practice and in my practice, which like all practices is unique in its own way and hopefully you’ll find it interesting and entertaining and learn a little something and if you do then this will be worthwhile so sit back, buckle up and we’re going to go on Mr. Toad’s wild ride here for a while in Aronowitzland.
